Program Description
The Gamma Bomb is a 14-week hypertrophy training program by John Meadows, structured with 12 weeks of high-intensity volume accumulation and a 2-week deload period (Weeks 7-8). The program features a split hitting body parts with moderate to high frequency across 5 training days per week (4 during the deload). It utilizes high intensity techniques such as drop sets, rest-pause, partials, iso holds, banded work, and emphasizes increasing volume as the program progresses to stimulate maximal muscle growth. Detailed information on rest breaks, recovery nutrition, and perceived exertion (RPE) is included.
